I prefer this O'Reillys over all because of the helpful, knowledgeable staff. They carry a variety of auto parts at affordable prices.

Horrible customer service.  The guy lied to me right to my face.  We opened the brake parts and there was no hardware.  He took it in the back  and said it was there now.  Open the box and nothing.  Ask for the manager and he's to busy to come up to the counter.  Hopefully that new Advance auto is open soon!

Workers have been helpful every time I've been in the store, but are impossible to talk to on the phone from my experience. Usually get left on hold till I have to hang up.
