Went in to orileys to have my tahoe scanned with their scan tool. The scan tool was rudely slid acros the desk and was told I need your driver license sir! After the scan tool failing to work on my truck I brought it back into the store and I explained to them that it's not working. The guy says then your obd2 sensor is failing. I explained to him that the obd2 is not failing and it's an issue with their scan tool. Guy say then I don't k ow what you want me to do about it in a hostil voice and I said can you come out to to my truck and give the tool a try please? Guy says I'm sorry sir I've got other things to do. I was the only one in the store and he was just screwing around on his cell phone when I walked in to begin with. Brought my business over to auto zone and they where able to take care of me.

They figured out what was wrong with my mustang after paying hundreds of dollars to ford dealer said they fixed it.

The staff ous very knowledgeable and doesn't just try and sell random parts to to try and make a profit.
