The one on Williamsburg road is by far the worse staffed store I ever visited, staff is unfriendly & always to busy to help resolve your issues , not very interested in helping the customer, I won't go to this store again & it seems it's the same for most , they always have an empty lot & store , there's just way to many parts stores to have to put up with that poor service !

I think its great to have them there. It makes finding a part really easy when there are so many auto parts store in the area
