I have gone into other parts stores to be ignored because I am female. 
  Here they are always helpful and friendly. The staff was awesome.  They went above and beyond.
  My starter died on my 5speed Corola.  They got me the right part and gave me a push to start my car, so I could get home to install it.

They didn't have the exact part number I need, but the associate spent a little time cross referencing and found an almost identical part that worked perfect. A little more knowledgeable than some of the others in the area.

Help was great in store. Best service in an O'Reilly store compared to the store in Rancho Cordova, CA. Where service sucked. Guys here in Beverly Hills are the best who've taken care of us. Unfortunately, which wasn't their fault we wanted a gel battery for our Harley, but the electrical attachments come on the wrong side compared to our battery settings.  These guys leave the counters to help you & all are friendly, not grouchy like in CA. We're repeat customers!
