Every time I go there they never have the parts I need.  Always have to order them and then they want to charge you shipping for the parts you ordered.  Consumers shouldn't have to pay shipping. I will never go back to them again.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered the phone quickly when other auto parts places did not. They also gave me advice on how to get the things cheaper.

Was broke down in the side of the road and called every where to get someone to bring us the parts we needed. And let it be told O'Reilly's came through with roadside assistance.  Thank you for getting us up and going again!
