I was kinda lost looking for something not normally found in an auto parts store. An employee stopped me and asked if he could help. I explained my dilemma and he understood what I was trying to do. My issue had NOTHING to do with auto parts, but was for stripping cast iron skillets. This gentleman helped me find precisely what I needed. He even suggested another tool that was not only better than what I had found, but it was less money. The man stayed with me until he was sure I was though shopping and then introduced me to the other worker that was going to check me out. Now you might say that this is what is expected of employees and you would be right. The difference between this employee and other is that this employee was off work, had already clocked out and was heading out the door to enjoy his time off. This is what I call a great   employee  and an asset to any company. This shows what type of staff O'REILLY's employs.

The service at this location is top-notch always good pricing and if a place has a part for cheaper they will price match and they are always willing to explain something are pull the schematics up on the computer or print them out for you
