A word for exceptional poor customer service goes to Jose. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a rude and awful customer service experience before at a Riley's. Generally the staff here tries were very hard however today is the last day that I will ever use my commercial account at this location. He truly provided exceptional poor customer  service. I mean I mean you really have to go out of your way to be actually that mean to a customer. He just gives a bad name What's otherwise a decent store.

Came here to drop off used oil and it was about as you'd expect. Staff is friendly and helpful, which is always nice.

Great customer service. Staff knows where parts are, they're genuine car people. They present a genuine attitude of concern to help customers. Great local SJC shop, good nite hours too, get parts after work.

Incredible experience!! Jose went above and beyond. First off, I didn't even buy the brakes for my girlfriends car at this store, but I know they rent tools out and I came from out of town. Turns out they don't rent basic tools so I thought I was screwed, however, Jose walks me out to his car and hands me a bag of his own personal tools and even the jack for his car. My girlfriends car being a little "special" required some socket sizes he didn't have. I went in the store to purchase what I needed and he just let me take it and use it with full trust I would bring it back. I finished the job with one broken tool I offered to pay for but he didn't let me. Heck of a guy.. A++
