Went in on Mother's day with my 14 yr.old, Son to ask for help finding and installing a low beam headlight bulb and a taillight. My Husband was killed in a car accident and I don't know who else to ask... I  asked Google which Auto parts store would help with installation and O'Reilly 's is it! But not this one, today! Man behind the counter was much too important to provide us with a greeting, much less any Customer service! There was a young customer that was more helpful and service oriented. I asked the rude employee what his name was, he covered his name badge and said you aren't getting my name! The young customer, later, told me it was Peter. You can bet I will follow up with him and Coorporate! Disgusting what they allow to represent their company!

I like that O'Reilly Auto is less expensive than the competition, and still generally has a good selection.  They also stay open later than the competition.  They can usually have "not-stocked" items shipped to the store quickly.  They have helpful employees that will help you figure out what you need.  We shop there often, for items that are usually not for automotive use, but rather, various and sundry projects are tinkering.  The local O'Reilly Auto helps me find some of these items, at a fair price, which other stores may not even carry.

Very helpful one to one service. Usually have good sales, especially on oil change products. My go to store.

Very helpful and knowledgeable folks, if they don't know or understand the issue your having they will look in every piece of literature they have at there disposal plus they have tool to rent also.
