This store is ok overall, people complain that the employees might not be "friendly" or not "enthusiastic" enough or something else along those lines. First off, this is an auto parts store, a place where you buy parts and other supplies for your car, not a place where you beg the employees to fix your car for free (when there are 20 degrees outside!) and then turn around and complain when they cannot (and quite frankly they should not) do it! They are parts sales people, not mechanics that fix your car for free, and you should not exploit them because they offer to install batteries and some other simple tasks, wipers, etc. If you need to fix your car, acquire the knowledge some way to do it yourself or take it to a mechanic. If you are an honest human being looking to buy something from here, overall they do a great job, if they do not have the part in stock, they can order it and have in the very same day (and you do not have to pay ahead of time either) almost all the time, only if it is too late in the day they will get it the very next morning. The reason I won't give them 5 stars is because of the high prices that O'Reilly's have. But that is not the fault of the employees that work here, that's just the way all O'Reilly's are, they sell parts for 2-3 times the amount they should be worth.

I was happy with my experience here, so I did a burnout in the parking lot. I got a "thumbs up" from the employees while performing the burnout. Luckily there were no cops around!

My fiancé and I are fairly new customers to this location. One of the employees (Jessica) is actually a regular at my own work. I'd asked her advice a few times and gotten wonderful information, to the point it didn't make sense not to just come to her when we needed something. I had terrible experiences time and time again with other auto parts stored, mainly with employees that just didn't know what they were talking about, sold me incorrect parts, or gave terrible advice. We have dealt with Jessica several times in store now and her customer service and expertise are just amazing!!! There are several stores closer to us and we now drive out of our way to this location. I know if I'm dealing with her I'm getting the right information the first time around.
