Patient and knowledgable staff. Most if not all the employees have a great amount of experience and are more than willing to help you and answer any questions they can. I informed them a few years ago I bought an old chevy truck. They took it upon themselves to order parts for the truck without me having to ask. Effectively eliminated the wait. If they don't have what you need you can get it in the store by 1pm

This is a fully stocked auto part store with knowledgeable staff and most it's.s on hand. Anything that needs to be ordered is in by 1 PM the next day or same day.

Help here is seriously lacking. I understand not everyone knows cars, but learn how to read your computer screen.

I have had 2 20+ yrs old trucks, sole transportation, in the last 7 yrs. BEFORE Ron came to manage, I AVOIDED THIS PLACE. With the exception of the fella that retired numerous times, Too much attitude, on site judgement, etc. Met Ron when he was @ Billings store, over joyed he showed up closer to home. He and Wyatt know their way around, and get the job done. Can always rely on them to answer HONESTLY, my questions, instead of leading me down the, ego, 'I heard but it's got to be right' BS road. They tell it like it is, are up front and run themselves ragged making sure customers are taken care of, ASAP.
