Very disappointed in customer service.  I had a gift card which I could not find the day of my appointment. I asked if I could pay for the service and get a refund the following day if I am able to provide my gift card the next day. Since I don't usually pay over 100 $ for a pedicure I did not want to use it another time. The staff was friendly but completely inflexible. I asked if I could reschedule instead, but was also not allowed to do that without paying the full price for my booked appt. A Spa with such exorbitant pricing should have better customer service in my opinion.

I've been to this spa countless times and I can't believe I haven't shared a review because everytime I leave I feel like a new woman ! Had another incredible massage today and I cannot wait to go back. The spa is so incredibly clean and classy and the massage was beyond relaxing and so so enjoyable . Thank you Ospa !!
