I can't live without hot water. Our hot water heater died on Sunday. Thought we would need a hotel room. Fortunately we found O & W. They were awesome. Went from dead hot water heater to brand new in less than 2 hours all on a Sunday night. Technician arrived early and was so thorough. Great experience at a good price. Thank you O&W for saving the day!!!

My water heater took its last breath today. Within less than hour after calling they returned my called and had someone out to the house to get a quote.  Omer left to get a new water heater and less than an hour later was back and within less than two hours had it fully installed and running. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained in great detail all I needed to know. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and will use them again in the future.

Our hot water heater started to leak, so we went to buy a new one. Good thing we did because it was leaking from the seem, which means it could have gone at anytime. Our installer was professional, courtesy,  and very informative. We would recommend this company to anyone! Excellent job overall. We are VERY pleased with the services we received!!

Same day service. Gentleman on the phone extremely helpful and friendly. Install tech arrived ahead of time which was awesome. He thoroughly answered all of our questions. Completely professional. Cleaned up and left work area better than it was before. Fair price extremely happy.

Great customer service and willingness to help at all hours. Educated and well experienced. They go out of their way to make sure that not only you are satifisfied, but you understand the process.

If you want a service that goes out of their way to meet your needs, makes you comfortable, is reliable, and most importantly gets the job done then go with them.  

They are the real deal and I will use them every time I have a problem.
