The flowers were absolutely stunning I have nothing negative to say about the quality of the flowers, however, my boyfriend sent me a bouquet for my birthday with this florist and paid extra to have them delivered before a certain time so I would get them at work before I went home, they came an hour late I was already gone so I never received them on my actual birthday (I'm working in California for a few weeks while my boyfriend resides in Florida) and although the delivery guy was apologetic and claimed he got stuck in traffic when my boyfriend called to report the matter they argued with him that they couldn't accommodate us in anyway. I understand people are human and traffic happens, but if you want to keep your customers happy and remain professional a complete refund should have been given. I can't get my birthday back obviously, so the gesture would have been appreciated. So now they lost our business and I plan to make several reviews about this company.
