Lived there 12 years.  Could not afford 4 lot rent increases in 2 years.  While that is legal according to them it is too many for us retirees. No activities. Not enough parking.  Slabs you park on are very uneven or cracked.  Spaces can be very small for rv size.   If you are very rich And don't expect much for your money it's ok.   I will never go back.

The pros: clean park with beautiful mountain views. Laundry facilities, hot tub, heated pool open in December/January
The cons: very expensive, small sites, vehicles/RV's smashed together-can't even put our awning out. Charge for everything (bigger RV = more money) and don't give exact price per night...changes daily.

Nice park. Quite for the most part unless next to the road. Cox HD TV adequate WIfi.
