The salesman who assisted me on the phone from the Pueblo store was pleasant and helpful.  I cannot rate the product because it is back ordered for a moth a half!  That would be my only complaint, having to pay for an item but not receive it for 45 days!

Employees very friendly and helpful the minute you walk in - this is the only place I shop for furniture because of the good customer svc
