Fist off everyone in this office is great! They all treated me with the most respect, I was so scared because my teeth are very bad and I have been treated badly at other places never going back, and not because I've never been to a dentist or do drugs but because I've had health issues and I never once felt judged at this office.. They don't know this but they are helping me not just with my teeth but emotionally putting my life back where I want to be. and I respect them all.. I don't think they charge a lot either, that goes for any dental Care and compared to others I've been to Oak Grove is worth every cent oh and yes I have one of the best dental insurance and have been quoted pretty much the same price at two other dentist's office, although you have insurance you are always going to pay out of pocket especially if you want to get better than what insurance covers. My daughter also had her work done here and she loves them as well, Dr.Chau is amazing and a great person. I will never go anywhere else and my son who is an adult will also be going to Oak Grove when I'm done.. I'll write again after my teeth work is completed but I'm pretty sure I'll have no complaints to report..😊 I hope they never change and I thank you all at Oak Grove for all the help and for making me feel amazing in your care. Great group of people here!!!

I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO HERE! This place is nothing but a scam. My mother received dental treatment from here and was lied to, scammed for money and still today, we are trying to fix what they have done. They only care about the money and ruin your teeth so you will have to go back. When you go in, they make you sign in these papers and don’t tell you what they are. They are WAY OVER priced. They (AFTER WE ALREADY PAID) started sending collections! Her fillings kept falling out randomly... She then had to pay out of pocket to fix it. THEN after that filling broke, they told her it would be best to take out the teeth and put in a denture for half of her mouth. Insurance wouldn’t pay for all of it so we had to pay out of pocket for this. The doctor told her that she would be able to eat and it would cause no pain. They didn’t even make it right! The first day the thing broke by eating a piece of bread! They didn’t want to make another one and expected her to pay for it all over. They didn’t even fix her teeth that were broken and just but a flimsy filling on it.

I walked in because my Insurance recomend them to me and i found that they were way over priced. I walked in to get my dental work so i would lose my payment for the end of the year. I still have to come out of pocket1200.00 for a two root canels. dot come here they are a total rip off. I am very disapointed with their charges and they will not explain.
