It is nice because it has two separate pools and a small water park. Does not get as crowded as the main Ladera Avendale pool. In fact sometimes it's so desolate and quiet that it is creepy - probably because it's not summer.

Ladera ranch is very strange because there are a bunch of community pools but you can only use the one assigned to you. Most of the pool areas in ladera ranch have a spa but for some reason the oak knoll village club does not and you can't use the other pool areas that do! There is more than enough space and I'm sure more than enough money to put a jacuzzi/spa in. End rant.

Really nice club for gatherings. There is ample space for lots of guests, and there is a kitchen.

has swimming pools only available to ladera ranch residents. but there are 2 swimming pools with adult only hours, so it's a good place to relax
