Memorial weekend I was in Dallas Tx from Missouri. I attended the early service. No one greeted me at the open front door. No one spoke to me until a nice gentleman offered to 'show me around'. I explained I was on a tight schedule. Not one of the 3 pastors introduced themselves. There were less than 18 people in that particular service so it wasn't that I 'blended' into the crowd. I was very disappointed in the cold reception in the heart of southern hospitality. They had my name and address. I received no follow up. I was very happy to get back to my church home.

It's one thing to be all inclusive in who you allow to attend your church, as the aspirations should be to follow the ways of Jesus in wanting to reach out to sinners to get them to repent and turn away from their sin, but it's another to preach a false gospel and flaunt your sinful ways before God by allowing sexually immoral people to become leaders in your church, which is no church of God. Genesis 5:2 clearly states, "He created them male and female." And Mark 7:20-23 clearly states, "Further, He [Jesus] said: “That which comes out of a man is what defiles him. For from inside, out of the heart of men, come injurious reasonings, sexual immorality,* thefts, murders, acts of adultery, greed, acts of wickedness, deceit, brazen conduct, an envious eye, blasphemy, haughtiness, and unreasonableness. All these wicked things come from within and defile a man.” "*Glossary Term Sexual immorality. From the Greek por·neiʹa, a general term for all unlawful sexual intercourse. It includes adultery, prostitution, sexual relations between unmarried individuals, homosexuality, and bestiality. It is used figuratively in Revelation with regard to a religious prostitute called “Babylon the Great” to describe her consorting with the rulers of this world for power and material gain. (Rev 14:8; 17:2; 18:3; Mt 5:32; Ac 15:29; Ga 5:19)—See PROSTITUTE." And on a final note, in Matthew 5:17-20 Jesus clearly said, "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven." If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would, but I have to at least give a one star minimum to comment.
