Everybody in this hospital is rude. The operator is rude, the billing department is rude, the main reception is rude, the reception at labor and delivery is rude, the external staff is rude. Everyone in this damn hospital. Come here if you’re low on budget but ready to tolerate rudeness. Prepare your nerves.

billing office is extremely rude. They are not willing to let you speak to a manager when you ask to speak to management. I truly HATE coming to this hospital and dealing with them. Will NEVER do it again!!

I started coming here when I got pregnant four years ago to get my check ups with Dr. Ziworitin and even take my daughter to get her check ups with Dr. Hasnain and I went in today to get my wellness check up and My doctor was Dr. westford She's very rude and unprofessional .. I will not be coming here again .
