I was a patient of Dr. Michael Lister. I was dealing with some circumstantial anxiety during a transitional period in my family's life. Over a course of a few months and several weekly visits, he was helpful with tips, pointers and new ways for me to overcome my daily anxieties. At times he would challenge me to face the very thing I was afraid of, which was in part of the overall result of being helped. I want to say Thank you To Dr. Michael Lister and would highly recommend him to others. He is real, he is down to earth and I am thankful for the support he provided during my time of need.
