My family have been a part of the Oakland Church family for over 10 years now. We love Pastor Dominic and Amira Russo along with the entire Russo family. This church is a place where the word of God is taught and respected. This church is filled with ethnic diversity and welcomes all ages. The children's ministry is amazing! My 4 year old daughter loves attending children's church on Sunday, where she's able to learn the word of God, understand it and apply it. My family is so thankful and blessed to have such an amazingly awesome church family. We look forward to a lifetime of worship with our Oakland Church family!

Not the greatest doctrinally/theologically. They ultimately present a conditional, dichotomous God like most Christianity in America today. Historically, they've been a bit fiscally irresponsible, but this is not intentional. They are simply living out the prosperity, "word of faith" movements that they were given themselves. Then again, one of the pastors drives a Cadillac with his name on the license plate—because Jesus lived in a mansion and wore gold sandals, right? Just feels like the real object of worship (God/Love/Mercy) has become more of an adjacent goal to material success, but hey... we all have our issues, and I certainly have enough of my own to surrender.

AWESOME CHURCH, AWESOME FAMILY!!! I'M VERY GRATEFUL TO O.C.C. MY DAUGHTERS LIFE WAS RADICALLY TRANSFORMED THERE AS WELL AS MY BROTHERS & NOW MY DAUGHTERS BEST FRIEND. (WHOM IS LIKE A DAUGHTER TO ME) PRAISE GOD FOR THIS FAMILY!!!!
