Horrible customer service here. I have to go through this clinic to get my billing from Dr. Rager in the Loop, and it takes so long to get anything done. Every time I have a request to view an invoice or pay a balance, I have to call back at least twice before I am able to complete this. They do not deliver upon their promises.
