I only came to this doctors office because I was referred by my physician. I drove 30 minutes away just to see this doctor just to have them tell me they couldn't see me for being late! Yes, I was 15 minutes late, but I also tried calling them over 10 times to get ahold of them and ask them for their suite number. I waited 1 month for this appointment for something that could be crucial just to have it cancelled! I told the front office that I was calling over and over again, and they just said their phones were not ringing. After I repeated myself she said "oh well the phones were definitely ringing and we picked every call up" So unprofessional and now i can't even see Dr.Olsen after waiting one month because she went on vacation for 3 weeks. I absolutely cannot believe how unprofessional this office was!!! Do not go here, I wish I would've read their awful reviews first!

I cannot speak to the quality of care at this location as I never got past trying to make an appointment. I was first placed on hold for 15 minutes, and finally hung up and called back. After I eventually got through, and after I confirmed that the group was taking new patients, I was told that they couldn't get me in until the end of August or beginning of September (a month+ from now), and that I'd be better off going somewhere else. This is my first pregnancy and I'm 7 weeks along, and am so frustrated that they didn't even attempt to get me in. Again, I cannot speak to the quality of care that the doctors provide, but the front office is certainly not an asset to this group.

I love this office. They were instrumental in keeping my crazy pregnancy a wonderful experience. The staff was awesome! Dr. Shisler was amazing and her care was life saving. Dr. Olsen is equally as caring. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Olsen is wonderful. She has always treated me like family and genuinely loves her job. All other staff at Associates have Rockwall have been great and have always made me feel right at home!

Do not go here!!! Not only did the place look dirty but it stunk too!  The doctors can be late to their appointments but patients cannot. Double standard just makes me wonder if they really care about their patients. Obviously not as much as they care about their doctors. Pouring rain and couldn't find facility and was 9 min late. - oh well you lost my business!! 😡😡💩
