This was a delightful place. Clean, welcoming, tasty. The employees were very welcoming and patient as I tried to maneuver through all of their selections. I got a waffle cone —that turned out to be very large and interesting— with a scoop of lemon blackberry and also a scoop of mango pomegranate sorbet. The employees were so quick that they brought my ice cream before I even finished paying! I will say that I got a lot more than I expected. It was a lot of ice cream, more than your typical scoop size. The ice cream was flavourful and creamy while Sorbet was very refreshing and juicy. The quality of the ice cream was impeccable, but it came with a hefty price. For 2 ice cream cones with 2 scoops of ice cream each, my friend and I paid $20. I would recommend considering the price before going if you are on a short budget. Overall, this is a really nice place to get some good ice cream. Definitely for a special occasion! The only minus is the price.
The ice cream is DELICIOUS!! Best in the Midwest! My favorite is butter pecan with a couple of sugar cones broken on top. Food: 5/5
I love their brownie sundae. The brownie is warm and gooey on the bottom with vanilla ice cream on top with pecans, chocolate syrup, a cherry, and whip. It hits every time. The service is always spot on. Food: 5/5
Went through the drive-thru, and the line was somewhat long, but It moved very quickly. I ordered a strawberry banana shake that was made perfectly. It wasn't too thin, and it wasn't too thick. It was Goldilocks... Just right !!! P.S. On our second visit we went inside. The place was extremely clean and the staff were courteous and very hard working. Our orders were made to perfection and tasted great. This is an awesome location !!! We will definitely be returning customers.
Typically this is a great place to bring the family for a nice ice cream treat, and I am a loyal customer to this specific location. However, I purchased two vanilla malt shakes on Saturday July 1 2023 evening and was surprised to what I found in both. There were two small plastic pieces with jagged edges, one found in each malt. This is a health hazard if ingested and could be even lethal. Therefore, I am glad that we caught this before anything worse would have happened. From a potential cracked tooth to an intestine puncture, all possible outcomes would not be positive. I hope that this was an isolated incident, and I ask for this franchise to be more careful with their equipment, tools, etc. when making food and drink items. Please be careful for the health of your customers.
Drive thru had a long line but it moved moderately quick. The employees looked like they were having fun and were super chill. While waiting for our order we saw multiple employees washing and rewashing their hands in between orders for the in store service. Cleanliness is a huge plus and feels good knowing they value it too. On to the shakes… ordered strawberry and 2 chocolate shakes. Well worth the wait and the price. We’ll most definitely come back to this location!
Outstanding yummy ice cream and milk. Plus, there are fun toys and things to purchase. Always a great stop to enjoy some fun time, especially if you play chess. There are chess sets on 5 or so tables. Have fun!
Everything here is delicious. When you walk into the store you are usually greeted with the smell of fresh baked waffle cones. My favorites are the chocolate shakes that are so thick you have to eat them with a spoon until it melts a bit to get through the straw, and the Banana Royal.
Customer service was terrible. Rushed me through my order, my kids scoop was in the bag without the lid, and my frostbite had ice cream dripping down the side of the cup
Clean dinning room with Chess set available. To enter you will need to climb some steps so you wont feel guilty for eating REAL CREAMY ICECREAM. enjoy.Food: 5/5
