Irene M. Kelly, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Irene Kelly | Gynecology | Obstetrics | New City NY | Stony Point NY | Nyack NYDr. Irene Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, her Master of Science degree from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, and her medical degree from the University of Navarra in Spain. She continued her training with an Internship at the Jewish Memorial Medical Center and a Residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Kelly resides in and has been in practice in Rockland County, NY since 1987.
Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Kelly is a senior attending physician and maintains full privileges at Nyack Hospital. She is an active member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, New York State Medical Society and Medical Society of the County of Rockland. In addition, Dr. Kelly speaks Spanish fluently.
Joseph J. Maselli, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Joseph Maselli earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. He continued his training with an Internship and Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, New York.
Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Maselli has been in practice at OBS-GYN of Rockland since 1981. He maintains full privileges at Nyack Hospital and is an active member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Rockland County OB-GYN Society and New York State Medical Society. Dr. Maselli is fluent in Spanish.
Meet Our Nurse Practitioners
Patricia S. Finnegan, N.P.
Patricia Finnegan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and her Master of Science degree Summa cum Laude in Nursing from Columbia University in New York, New York. Offering more than 30 years of nursing experience specializing in women’s health and critical care, Patricia has developed her skills in a variety of hospital settings as well as in private practice. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, she is qualified to provide comprehensive well woman obstetric and gynecological care to women of all ages.
Patricia has been the recipient of numerous honors throughout her career, including the Rockland County Nurse’s Recognition for Excellence in Practice Award and the Margaret Eliot Award from Columbia University in recognition of professional competence, leadership and compassion for patients. She is a member of the New York State Nurses Association.
Debra Gilhooly, N.P
Debra Gilhooly, NPDebra Gilhooly graduated valedictorian from the Cochran School of Nursing, where she received the Medical Staff Award for academic excellence and outstanding bedside nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree Magna cum Laude in Nursing from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York, and her Master of Science degree, Summa cum Laude in Nursing from Columbia University in New York, New York.
Serving as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at OBS-GYN of Rockland since 1999, Debra provides primary and gynecological care to women of all ages. She offers prenatal and postpartum care and counseling, and attends to all women’s health care needs. Debra has experience working in a variety of hospital and educational settings, and holds several nursing certifications. She takes pride in her ability to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for all of her patients.
