I had a great experience here! The staff here helped me stay healthy all throughout my long track season. Before going to OC Sports, I had a lingering Achilles and extensor tendinitis. Sometimes I would go in twice a week just to keep my body prepped for my next race. You could say I lived there. The staff has extensive knowledge of all types injuries and I know this because of variety of patients who showing up. I would not only recommend OC Sports to elite runners but everyone struggling with the everyday pain. I truely believe that physical therapy works wonders and it probably will for you too! And OC Sports is a great place to start your journey to healthy living!

After my car accident I had continuous problems with my back and had a hard time doing physical activity. After looking for Foothill Ranch Physical Therapy locations I found OC Sports and Rehab and have been very pleased with the results from my therapy sessions and highly recommend Jason and his team for anyone looking to rehab their pains.

Jason has a ton of experience when it comes to sports physical therapy. I was hampered by a bad shoulder injury for the longest time and through multiple sessions of physical therapy and strength training I feel good as new.

I would highly recommend Dr. Cary Costa and his team at OC Sports and Rehab. From your first session you notice that they put the patient first. Cary is very knowledgeable, well rounded and has expert skill. More so, the staff are all very caring, friendly and professional and are patient with you and encouraging. It is easy to make appointments and the facility is very clean. The team understands that every patient is unique and they tailor an individual treatment regimen for each person with the ultimate goal being able to return to an active and productive life style. During your session the staff is continually monitoring you, checking up every few minutes to make sure you are doing well. I felt comfortable asking questions about the treatment and expectations I had about my progress. Dr. Costa is passionate about his job, educates his staff continually, challenges you and pushes you in a friendly way to finish your exercise. Cary and his team helped me very much before and after my shoulder surgery and my adhesive capsulitis, the treatments have been painful at times but knowing you are making progress makes it worthwhile! This is definitely where you want to go if you are looking for a great physical therapist!
