We just stayed Here and the Staff couldn't be more Friendlier, every time you pass one of them, they the always say hello.We went out walking with our dog and where speaking with a lot of the residents who told us we better buy now before there all gone,and they absolutely love living there, We will be back to buy our Home next year and all the Amenities will be done we can't wait. We have stayed in a lot of Resorts where the Staff don't even acknowledge you !!!! Tums up to Management!!!!! It is really wonderful to see what is happening with the Park I know we didn't have a pool but we had the Beach which is less than a five minute drive.it is a perfect Location less than five minute walk to restaurants and stores and we just can't wait to come Back .I have been reading some of the negative reviews and well there is just some people who are not happy no matter where they are even if there on Vacation.

Wow there has been a lot done here. I bet it will be nice when completed, but right now looks pretty rough. It lost its quant key West feel.

I wouldn't stay there if I was paid by them,Told us we had a view of the water,we didn't,you hear traffic 24/7,never said we were road front,ac didnt work,no outside air because each unit is on top,of each other,you can hear every conversation from other units,no privacy..If you wash clothes you better just put 2 items in the washer because they control water levels,and they try to charge more when we arrived.Money hungry is a definite,staff should,be more courteous,and we were,told there was Wi-Fi,cable,THERES NOT! A cheap antenna and,you can't even use the tv in the bedroom...
