The service here is terrible and after being a customer for years I have finally had enough. They is minimal interest in customer service or providing reasonable vehicle cleaning (forget a quality one). The 'manager' Gonzalo is VERY RUDE. When I asked to speak to the owner he told me he didn't know who that was but when pressed, he finally offered up the regional managers business card pushing his name badge in my face and telling me his own name. Seemingly there is no accountability in this company. My car is dirty and the wheels are covered in brake dust after the Express wash. I asked them to power hose the wheels before the wash which would have taken the two guys maybe 20 seconds and would have prevented the problem. Gonzalo preferred to spend 3-4 minutes arguing with me about it, complaining he would have to do it for everybody and telling me it was against company policy. The Regional Manager manager denied this later on a telephone call. Please realize, I was not expecting a complete detail and cleaning with a toothbrush. Do not purchase the prepaid wash books unless you want a dirty car and to be treated with disdain. Plenty of competitors out there providing a decent service. AVOID this company.

Nice place. Great monthly plan. I was told detailing would be an extra $12, ended up being $20. I figured it was still worth it based on everything I was supposed to get, but it wasn’t cleaned to my liking. I’ll continue to use them for the exterior wash and I’ll have my 15-year old detail the inside.

Decent for the price. Vacuum cleaner aren't very strong 😐

Pay for a clean car. End result. Car isn't clean. How would you expect them to respond? Nope. Told me that the tunnel isn't that good at cleaning the cars and if I really wanted it clean I needed to pay extra to have them wipe the dirt off. Zero stars. Won't be back.

What ever you do don’t go to this horrible wash. They give bad service and should be shut down. I would rate negative stars if i could. HORRIBLE SERVICE
