If there was an option to give a ZERO I would.  I pulled in thinking I had a slow leak in my tire so I filled my tired with air and then asked them if they could take a look at my tire because I think it needed to be plugged.  I told them that I was on my way to drive upstate and I had my 16 month old in the car and I was concerned about my tire.  They told me they couldn't help me because they were shorthanded and too busy.  I left hoping I could find another place on my way but my tire pressure was rapidly decreasing and was already at 7 psi so I turned around to go back here hoping they would help me due to this circumstance.  I was wrong.  I was obviously upset/crying because I did not know what else to do with my car as my tire was about to be flat and I had my baby to worry about.  The guy there was extremely rude and told me he couldnt help me, that his mechanic just took lunch and that I should just go several blocks up the road to the Mavis.  He then filled my tire with air and that was all.  What kind of person turns away a mother with her baby?? A heartless, lazy disgrace of a person. Plugging a tire takes all of 20 minutes.  I will NEVER use this place ever again and will make sure that no one I know ever does either.
