Animals are well taken care of. The place is really big and their are lots of diffrent animal in it. Helpful staff! I would recommend to any one beast pet store out their!!!

I have seen pictures of video of this place and it is horrible. Dogs are kept in kennels they can’t stand up in and covered in feces. I’m glad a caring person reported it and that the police, animal control, and local news stations are stepping in. These animals deserve better.

Excellent service, knowledgeable employees. We bought our turtle from here and have been very pleased. They ask how he is and make certain we are feeding him the correct things.

Owner was pleasant and fish seem all to be health tanks were clean and it smelled good. Like fresh ocean. Lol excited to find a non commercial fish store. Cant wait to go back. So much netter then any petco petsmart or pet supplies. He actual answered my question knowledgeably and even knew the names of the fish he was selling! Thanks for hanging in there Ocean Odyssey!  😁👍😊

People say it smells but it's a pet store with almost everything... workers are very helpful and I haven't had a fish die until it was due.
