Love this Police Department!! The Chief of Police is a great leader and a member of the US Military for 20+ years serving our country. They have a proactive social media presence and keep the community current accidents, weather and events run by Lt. Tim Torchia. The members of this Police Department have always shown dedication, loyalty, honor to their community and to each other. Their dedication was shown in their of support of  Sgt John Green to the very end. And  most recently Sgt Pat Martin's amazing job running Clancy's Crew for Michael Clancy.  I am proud to call these Officers friends

I am a 60 year old Human Resources Professional who has been living in Neptune/Ocean township my whole life and I have to say this police department really needs to get their act together. This department should be ashamed of themselves and I am embarrassed to even say that they represent the Asbury/Ocean/Neptune area. For years, I have witnessed them harass people who pass through their town, especially on the Asbury Park circle. Frankly, I am getting sick of seeing this. They literally sit in the same spot almost daily and wait for a car to ride past with a missing headlight/taillight and use that as a reason to pull them over to harass and search. What kind of police department is that bored to where they feel the need to take hard earned money from motorist every day just because most of their citizens are elders so they don't have much action and don't have any thing else to do. Like I stated before I am an educated person who is just tired of seeing this corrupt police department harass instead of protect and serve. OTPD needs to take some lessons from NTPD on what it really means to protect and serve not harass and profile.

Great police station, Ocean Twshp loves their cops, and is easy to see why.  Somethimes we take for granted how important is to have cops that you can actualy trust.  G-d bless them!

Terrible Police ever.. How you going to give me a ticket for parking in my own handicap parking spot but don't give a ticket to the other car parked in my handicap spot. Beatable case in court. Just a waste of my time.. Kevin Redmond plu 0216 your a terrible officer!!!
