I would like to write a review detailing the terrible customer service that I experienced at this facility. After my grandmother's death we went looking for a nondenominational cemetery. We looked at 3 plots at this facility at various price ranges and picked out the priciest one and fully paid for it. On the day of my grandmothers funeral, when we arrived, the grave that was dug out was the wrong one and not the one we picked out and paid for the day before. After multiple attempts to clarify why this was the case, the staff at this facility were so rude and disrespectful refusing to admit that they showed us and sold us a completely different plot just the day before. At this point there was nothing that could be done and we wanted to continue with the burial and pay our respects to my amazing grandmother and grieve our loss. As the employees at this facility were lowering my grandmothers casket into the ground, their pulley machinery that facilitates the lowering broke and her casket fell and cracked. We were absolutely horrified and heartbroken. Not once did any of the employees, the managers or any of the staff apologize or express any condolences for what transpired on the day of her funeral. It was an absolutely horrifying experience on all accounts. I understand that machinery breaks, mistakes happen but this facility is run the most heartless disrespectful people I have ever met in my entire life and I would not wish on my worst enemy what we experienced on that day. Please stay away from this facility!!!!

let me begin by saying that this place has the most horrible costumer service EVER! i cant even begin to describe how horrible these people are in the office they are ANIMALS that lack feeling and humanity. the old blonde lady there is disgusting and RUDE! My father in law is a older gentleman that was very politely asking a question when this woman started waving her hands in his face. has no idea how to speak to people, old,young or those that are grieving. they overcharge for everything but thats not even the issue i have. I lost a 26 year old husband father to 2 year old twins and this woman does not have enough decency to be calm around grievers and simply be polite. They took all of high quality artificial flowers from my husbands grave but left the lower quality ones there giving me a lame excuse that from march-November artificial flowers are not allowed, only planted flowers are allowed, meanwhile the deer comes around eating the planted (live) flowers why dont they get the freaking deer out of there then? just wish her to lose someone very dear to her a young person that is a relative so that she can get a sense of how hurtful it is and maybe then she will learn how to speak to those that are in so much emotional pain due to losing a loved one! They STOLE our stuff and never gave us a warning, letter, email NOTHING! And when we asked about the stuff they said "oh we dont have them anymore" what kind of cemetery doesn't allow family members to light a candle by the grave even under supervision? Senseless thieves is what they are.

i cant believe this management has taken all our loved ones memorabilia from the gravesites and tossed them into piles like garbage,,,what disrepectful fools run this place....there is a special place in hell for each and every one of you people...with a little notification the families could have gone and taken these memories to their home and given them the respect they deserved....and when the families went to the office this woman whose initials are LM acted like she couldn't give a care, hateful person.....God see this LM be afraid...very afraid...i hear that hell is not a nice place.......
