Dr. Magnuson is hands down one of the best pediatrician's in the 417! He never fails to be thorough and pin point my children's exact diagnosis and needs. Highly recommend him!!

My doctor came highly recommended. While I really like my doctor, the front desk has been less than inviting. There was also a mistake made in appointment booking. I made a half an hour drive in only to have to reschedule for another week.

If you want a thurough checkup, this is the place to go. All the questions may seem overdone and unneeded, but the more details they know the easier they can diagnose. They got me in really quick and the doctor was amazing. She is very knowledgable in her field, and she has put more effort than most of the doctors I have been too in this area. Most doctors will ask, "Why did you come in today?" And then dismiss all your issues as temporary. When Weight Watchers wasn't working, I knew she was full of bs. Doctor Boyd was thurough, caring, and she didn't dismiss any of my claims. If you want the best care, go here.

Horrible customer service from the front desk staff as well as the rn. I was forced to see an rn rather than a doctor because I currently have Medicaid. The end was belittling and condescending and didn't work to help me with my issues. When I told them I wanted to see someone other than her I was told I would have to go to Sparta or rogersville.

They are always kind and get us right back quickly.  I believe it took 10 minutes.  Awesome customer service & great medical care.
