I went in to fill a cracked tooth for a replacement that I wore for over 15 years. I was told that I should get veneer because it can come out in two months or so. I opted for the filling since I have been wearing this for over 15 years and I did not come prepared to pay $800. First problem I noticed was that one tooth was longer than the other. I went back the next day to have it corrected. Less than a week later, the filling fell out while brushing my teeth. I called and spoke to the doctor to have it replaced. He declined but after telling him I would file a grievance he told me to come in. During our conversation, I could hear his wife arguing in the background that he should not bring me in to fix the problem. I was taken aback as this was so very unprofessional! I should have known I was in for a bad experience from the moment I sat in the chair but I didn't listen to my gut feeling. First, the doctor was VERY slow. It took two hours to complete the filling. Plus, during the procedure, he had no assistant and I had to hold things for him while he worked. When the job was done and after the anesthesia wore off, my teeth felt gritty and shaky in some parts. I made the appointment to go back to fix the problem but decided to chalk it up as a $190 loss and go to someone else. The dentist I went to finished the job in 15 minutes! He was very thorough. My teeth feel smooth and not like they are about to come apart! I wish I had gone to him the first time. It would have saved me a lot of money, time and sanity.

My review is strictly on time management. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m another client and I were waiting outside their office for them to open. They strolled in at 9:15 even they open at 8 supposedly. It's been an hour and I haven't been seen yet.

Ocoee Dental Care is a good dentist's office with competent staff. It is NOT a scam. I was met with professional courtesy and kind and helpful people. Explaining the procedures and asking me if I understand what's going on is a good practice, which they did. No one mumbled or spoke in a way that made me not understand or feel uncomfortable in any way and I would highly recommend them if you need a dentist. Also, good bedside manner(which is always a plus). They're willing to work with your schedule and how much heavy lifting your wallet or credit is capable of handling. I know I WILL be returning to them for any future dental needs. Don't hesitate, give them a call.

Dentist relies on his wife to do everything, doesn't seem to care all that much. Equipment looks very old, and needs a lot of updating!

dont ever go here guys the price is cheap for a reason the jobs done here are horrible save your money and go somewhere else with better quality
