Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Theu show no empathy for patience. This office would be great overall if staffing was nicer but they are making him look bad.

Great doctor but their front office staff is HORRIBLE! Tried to make an appointment but apparently they are playing a game that the insurance company doesn't know about. Even if it gets situated, I would never go back to this office. It's a shame because the doctor takes his time with his patients but the office staff has been a constant revolving door. Not to mention when speaking with an office supervisor, you would expect someone professional. No, she was sarcastic and not helpful until pushed to be so. I have a friend that stopped going there after 10 years of being a patient. I wanted to see it for myself and I just did! Sorry Dr. Velasco, your front office staff SUCKS!

Dr. Perez-Velasco is a wonderful doctor but unfortunately the same can not be said about his office staff (front office). They are very unprofessional, unresponsive and very rude at times. I'm very busy and do not have time to deal with this behavior. Sorry to say it's time to find a new Dr.
