Horrible service- I asked for a print out of my account and they were going to charge me $5.00 a page. I had called and had an issue with my account and they were rude and did nothing to explain the reasoning behind the changes to my account. Carlos did not listen when I asked him the information I needed, instead sent me something totally useless.

Have to talk thru a phone to speak to a teller. If you want to open an account OECU will pull your credit even if you are an existing customer with a savings account.

Horrible customer service, and most if not all of the workers have no clue what they are talking about. Take your business elsewhere. Hidden fees that they will withdraw from your account without authorization.
