I visited Dr. Jacobowitz in his Middletown office multiple times over the past year. Office staff from the receptionists to the M.A. that bring you in were very nice and helpful each time. Timely and professional!
Dr. Jacobowitz himself is a star! Going in I was extremely nervous. He made me comfortable by explaining every single thing precisely and asking if I had questions (of course I did) He gave me all options for my apnea that I had no idea were available. His knowledge and especially his attention to detail is second to none. I would and have recommended Dr. Jacobowitz to anyone with Sleep Apnea ... I could go on and on about this man but then I feel like ppl won't read all that I write. Wish I could give him more stars

It is not often you  are so inspired by a doctor visit that you write a review after only a consultation.  Dr Jacobowitz came  highly reccommended and I was evaluated me for potential surgical intervention for my obstructive sleep apnea.  Dr Jacobowitz spent a good deal of time with me evaluating my case and in the end concluded that my case was better off managed without surgery.  Top notch experience and a true professional.

Ofer Jacobowitz, MD is friendly, informative and extremely gentle during examination. It was nice to visit a doctor who is aware of the patient rather than consumed by being a doctor.

First impressions count and from the minute you walk in the door at ENT Middletown, NY you know you're in a top-notch medical practice,  Dr. Jacobowitz' team is professional and efficient. His assistant, Liz Solano is very kind and helpful.

Dr. Jacobowitz is the best doctor I've seen for my problems - and I've seen many.  He is action driven; wants to solve the problem; offers solutions and communicates it all very well.  He is obviously a very competent and caring doctor.  He really listened, and heard, my concerns.

I highly recommend him and ENT Associates.
