This was the 2nd time taking a vehicle to this location.  I have a 2500HD and the results were not good.  Windows were smeared and still had spots.  There was dust under the door handles.  Paid for the higher package that was supposed to include outside dressing and they only did the mirrors.  There streaks and water marks all over.  The inside was not thoroughly cleaned.  I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to this place.  The quality of service in these types of car washes has significantly degraded.  I would rather pay more for a mobile detailer.

I took my new car for its first car wash here and look at the dent they put in my car. Sadly they are denying liability and forcing me to fight this.  I requested a copy of the said video. Let's see if I get it.  The biggest part they're missing is not only is my car brand new, I actually walked around the car and  checked it while getting gas right before I brought it here.

Took my brand new car there and they did a horrible job. Rims were still dirty and they barely vacuumed the inside of my car. Will not be going back

This place is so bad, i Pay for  pipeline n they dirent even deliver a basic car wash, the car dirent even look like it was vacuum, the cup holder  are still not clean n the it look like they just pass a rag on top of the dash board

I don't recall the specific names of the service I got, but it was an interior exterior package for $90. For the wash the car is pushed through a brush type automated system. There are windows where the customer can watch part of the wash process. After the wash my vehicle was coincidentally pulled into a spot directly in front of where I was sitting. The employees were very meticulous, detail oriented, and deliberate. Until now I had been using a car wash near my job and had been looking for one closer to home. I think I found it!
