Easy to get to and always friendly, professional staff available to help. Just ask. On our last visit we reviewed and bought an office chair. With their help, we got the best chair for my heavy use at a great price. They also assembled it and helped me load it in my truck. I'm very happy.

Waste of time. I went in to get some Sharpies on sale. Fine, they had a good selection. Then, at the checkout I asked if they price matched since several of their items were on sale at Staples. I showed them the online sale ad. They said yes, not a problem.  I go back and shop and then return to the check out counter. Then I am told, no they won't price match on those items, even though they had said yes. I said fine, put them back. I'd still like to get the Sharpies. Then the associate tells me the Sharpies aren't the ones on sale. When I tell her they were over there in a clearly marked section, she said she didn't believe me....horrible customer service. She didn't even pretend to check.

First and last time sending a fax! $3 for the first page, $2 for every page after. Next time take a picture and email it for free!
