First things first I worked at this Office Depot for 1 year I worked there from 2015-16. It was beautiful the store manager and ever manager we had we always on A game. Now leaving U-boats out on the floors leaving boxes out on the floor. Nobody can pick up anything. It's a disgrace either corp has to come in and clean up that store or I'll stop shopping st this location. Another thing I understand you have a former employee selling insurance at the front door disgraceful. I wish I could rate 0 save time and buy on amazon or Best Buy. Staff has no knowledge and are rude!!!!! Change it Office Depot

The chair floor mat that I came in for and the daily minder calander book. Were ridiculously high peiced in comparison to discount stools. I shopped them. Chair mat for hard wood floors you sell $35. elsewhere $16.99 , daily appointment book you sell for $23.   $6. Elsewhere.
No sale. Clearance wirless mouce $14.99. Good, but else wgere $14.99 everyday. Best buy , walmart, always better priced. 😄

I did an online to pick up in store order. I got an email saying there was a problem with my order and the manager would be in contact soon. With that being said I got the email at 11 and never got a call so I called at 1:20. When I called the girl who answered said she would get the manager when came back on it wasn't the manager it was the same girl whose manager told her to tell me that it's either a problem with my payment or they didn't have the item. I asked well which was it seeing as I needed the paper quickly. She said she would look to see. It was that they didn't have the item even though online said they had three. From there it was a hang up no information on what happens with the payment not offering to tell me another location. I work in retail and the service I just had was not great not really in the good category.

I went in on a Friday trying to print a poster. The staff told me they have FIVE orders waiting to be printed. I will need to wait till MONDAY. Worst customer services ever and I guess they don't want to make any business over the weekend?
