Wow I was very surprised during my visit. I read all the previous comments how bad service here is and I have to say it was the opposite for me. An associate approached me and asked if I needed any help. I found everything I needed and the associate was very helpful. It was a quick in and out thanks to the help from the staff.

I went to purchase some pens for work and wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in. No asked me if I needed help. Associates are scare. The store is extremely dirty and disorganized. To describe how dirty you can see some drink was spilled on the floor and no one cleaned it. It was so sticky where I walked. The line was over 25 min wait with associates making faces and laughing amongst themselves. Seems like no one cares. Then a customer and myself got moved to another line for checkout and the associate left us there so he can attend a previous customer. I asked to speak to a manager after my purchase and I can hear over the headset a manager didn't want to come to the front of the store to speak to me. Spoke to a manager in charge of operations and I explained to her my experience about the long wait and not feeling welcomed. She explained that she would let the store manager know and that she would help me next time. I appreciate her taking some ownership but I would never some back to this store. Stay away!

Wrost ever. Lady at print and copy (slivia) is a complete B. I ask her for help in printing a paper I emailed them and the lady just points to the copy machine. No help and just claims  to buy a Gift card just to pay 59¢
Now the copy machine claims $25 hold on your card. For one paper. 
Now after 30 minutes a couple worker tell Silvia, give him the proper email and I'll print it out. Still waiting for the email she just continues speaking with another cleint that got here after me. Worst place ever.

10mins later, Continuation, lady is still in front of me pretending not to see anything or anyone. Leidys Martinez, stopped what she was doing just to finally help me out. I give her 5 stars. The store and every one else who works there suck. Poor costumers service.

The service is among the worse I have seen in Miami. Very long lines. Most of the employees are teenagers who are neither cooperative nor efficient. Some prices are not properly specified, and when you go to pay you may find that the real price of a product is different. I have printed there several occasions and most of the time the machine prints more sheets than requested. In the end, I decided to buy a printer myself. And I will never go there again.
