Excellent customer service experience every time I go! Great for general office supplies although limited selection of specialty products. Associates are tech savvy, knowledgeable about products and offers, and genuinely want to be helpful!

This location is very slow they have some of the worst sense of urgency in the fax and print department. They are so damn slow you will believe that everyone there is about 80 years old. The balding white guy that works that area seems like he hates his job which rubs off on everyone there. So I take a trip to the St. Charles location from the WESTBANK every time I need OD. If you send any kind of paperwork for public assistance he's very nasty with you I believe he is also a racist person. I had to send some stuff over for my mom and my little niece several times, and I make it a point not to go into this location for anything because of him.
