He is the kind of politician America needs so very badly. I like his views loyalty to and protection of America, not first his Democratic Party before all else. I like his views on the unsustainability to support the migrants insanity.
Seems to be the only person in power who cares about quality of life issues and animal welfare in this city. Great man who works hard to make queens a better place for us all. We are lucky to have him!
Councilman Holdens office is professional and courteous , always . Holden is the best elected official we have, I believe in him, and I am not a Democrat! He is on the frontlines constantly, God Bless him and keep him healthy and safe !
Robert Holden is honest and forthright. I believe him when he states that the amount of services provided at the Brooklyn location for our newly arrived immigrants is better than our veterans receive. As a lifelong democrat, I want to help in this situation so I volunteer with meal preps and donate . Every critic should do likewise. Government money is not endless! I am still in disbelief that the billion dollars for thrive nyc has no result to be speak of. So throwing money at every issue without management and accountability yields zero results
Mr. Holden knows nothing about horses or the carriage industry. But there he is smiling with a man Michael Petrelli from Goshen NY who abused his own horses and they had to be taken away. Unbelievable
Mr. Holden deletes my comments on his social media pages. When I called his office to inquire, the fellow secretary put me on hold and then proceeded to scream that he/they cannot answer me since the office does not handle political pages, and hung up the phone in my face. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and rudeness from a government office. Not only does Mr. Holden censor speech he disagrees with, his employees have no class or respect to provide a decent response.
Council Member Robert Holden put in an enormous effort to save our neighborhood from BUG selling the gas tanks to Home Depot. That feat was one of many initiatives that residents wanted and he led a valiant fight and never gave up. As council member he is very active and affects neighboring districts who residents like myself benefit from his ideas that cross over into our area, thank you Bill Holden for all you do and especially what you have done for Juniper Park for all the years you advocated for so many amenities our kids and communities have enjoyed!
When I asked for help for my Father, a WW2 Veteran, from being evicted, Mr. Holden, and his office, did not even lift a finger. Politicians are only good for collecting taxes on the poor and filling their own pockets.
You walk in but then fivure u must take elevator up to 2nd.
Something needs to be done about the Cooper Avenue underpass!! It keeps flooding during storms and backs up into our basements!! HELP!!!! Not the first time!!!!
