If the purpose of the state government is to serve its citizens, then why would it conspire to deny them an EXCLUSIVELY effective, non habit forming, non narcotic, harmless organic compound that cannot hurt anyone let alone allow them to overdose on, that’s easily obtainable and affordable? It wouldn’t. The ONLY reason it would attempt to is if it’s true alliance was with big pharma ( Eli ) doctors and insurance companies. Stop lining your pockets at the expense of our well being & get on the right side of this CBD issue. We don’t need Lilly to synthesize it, and monopolize it so it can cost a small fortune to get after it goes through all you’re agencies & doctors who’ll rape the insurance companies and pretend like you’ve all done us a favor. If you’re a free market conservative, and you have us THE PEOPLE in you’re concerns, then get out of the way & let us be well! If not, then continue showing your true colors & we’ll see you on Election Day sir. Packing your stuff and leaving OUR office.

A little commons sense on your recent ruling on CBD oil would go a long way. Here we have a harmless solution for many to the opioid epidemic and instead of supporting it, you elect to pour fuel on it, absolutely amazing!
