Very slow printing services,always a huge line of people with only 1-2 people working.Self Machines doesn't work with PDF files if you have two pages in one file. The cashier guy was wearing gold chains over his uniform,what kinda stuff is that?

Manager sits in back talking with co worker while 15 people wait in line at printing service. Only 1 girl working and she is new. This is at 3pm on a Monday afternoon. I call store to speak with him and he says we only have 3 people working the entire store now. Funny how he and a co worker were sitting there watching and laughing. Zero stars. If i didn't have to print out work i would leave. Horrible place of business will go elsewhere in the future.

Everything that you want for your office needs Business Supplies Etc... I'd suggest that you find an attended because it's a big store with a lot of options and a lot of owls that you could go down and become lost in if you don't know what you looking for LOL... And they perform office administrative procedures for you like faxing and copying and cutting and printing developing pictures and making banners it's the real deal

The employer Luigi doesn’t attend people, he thinks people know all about Office Max funtions and HE DOESN’T LIKE HELPING!!! It’s not one time when he does the same and it’s uncomfortable for people when they don’t find solutions for his pour atention. One time, some weeks ago, I had a problem because I needed some copies and he wasn’t capable of helping me and also this week I saw when one woman needed to send a fax, he was present but he didn’t help. The most important while you’re attending people is PERFECT ATTENTION and FIND SOLUTIONS for clients

So I'm stranding here in line as a write this. They have 2 people working and making everyone check out at the service center. Rather then one person just checking out people and the other helping with printing needs they are just taking one person at a time. Whoever is the manger here needs to get this store operating properly.
