I went there to exchange something but if I didn't have the receipt I would t have gotten anything back for it or would t have been able to exchange. Most other stores can look up what you've purchased especially if you have a rewards program. Otherwise a good experience. They have a great price on the felt tip pens too!

I made a trip to this store specifically to look at a product only they carry and purchase one or two. I was completely ignored even though I was the only person in the store. I will not waste my time or spend my money here in the future. It's no wonder so many of these stores are going out of business with their extremely poor customer service.
