I went to this OfficeMax location to print and cut some items needed for my wedding. Diana helped me at the print center and she was extremely patient and friendly. I have done some previous printing at Staples and OfficeMax charges a fraction of the price for a better experience.

Yes this location is very poorly managed dinner and I really don't like to give bad reviews but I don't know how this place stays open I recommend calling ahead to ask you about what you want they've always got excuses and problems about copy services and other items look elsewhere. The store out near the New Lenox area is an old Office Depot much better choice

This location sucks. The associates act like you're an inconvenience to their otherwise peaceful day. Not just "indifferent", but outright rude and mean. I've tried the location 3 times with the same results and varied employees. The store needs new management or just to be torn down entirely and make room for a starbucks. Sad.
