This is the best service OfficeMax I've been to in Minnesota. The print people always accommodate my pressed timeline. The managers are great and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

I have been her multiple occasions... Nothing but rude staff once you actually find someone to help or ask a question! I spend 30 minutes in here today and didn't see a single person there I walked to the front and back about 5-6 times until I gave up and just left... So irritated!

Honestly the worst experience I've had in any retail store. I went in the morning looking for a specific pen set. When I didn't see it on the shelf I asked an employee walking by if he could help me. He shrugged and walked back to the pens with me, looked at the shelf, glanced over his shoulder at the other shelf and proceeded to then flounder around, not even picking up anything to examine models or names. He didn't even LEAN IN to see if it was on the shelf. He did this until I, fed up, just said I would come back. I don't know if this gentleman was brand new and honestly didn't know how to help, or just didn't care. But I was very unsatisfied at his lack of interest. He didn't even ask me the name of the product, or offer to look and see if it was in stock. He did not ask me ONE question. This may not be every customer's experience but if I am cordial and friendly toward someone the least they can do is be kind and at least smile in return, let alone try to help.
