Was very good and easy to work with. New agents, old one was real nice and prompt. The guy there was rude and inconsiderate. Called for quote , gave all info needed. Didn’t reply for 3 days, called than told me he needed more info. Days later? Email info. 3 days later no response. Called to check and said it’s in progress. 2 days later called no info. In total almost two weeks from first day that I still had to call up to now him saying “oh they’re not going to insure us” Took that long to tell me that? Not one call from them. Can’t insure us but when shopping around every company including the ones they deal with gave me a quote and most gave a quote within the call and or an hour later. Gives out a%shore vibes.
