Please avoid parking here unless you know the exact place. The entry is very difficult to find and no one answers the call. It’s at lower side and google maps get yon around Loews hotel and says you arrived 🙁

We used Spot Hero to park here for an event at the Sheraton. Great location and felt secure.

Horrified by the upcharge: Leaving the lot a half hour later than planned (yet still well within the evening flat rate) tripled the cost to $35.

Felicia the parking attendant is extremely rude! Instead of listening to my concerns she went on to tell me she knows parking garages and she been working there for years. After catching her in a lie I just moved my vehicle and will never park there again!!!!!
